Util-Assist Inc., a Philadelphia based utilities advisor, underwent a data breach on July 11, 2025, that exposed its employee’s data. The hackers accessed names, dates of birth, social security numbers, employment history, bank account details, and more.

Util-Assist’s systems were infiltrated by hackers who obtained the sensitive personal information maintained by Util-Assist. Util-Assist subsequently sent the impacted individuals notice that their information had been compromised.
