SUBARU PREMATURE BATTERY FAILURE

Subaru is a Japanese multinational corporation and conglomerate primarily involved in terrestrial transportation manufacturing. Reportedly, Subaru vehicles including the Ascent, Outback, Forester and Legacy are prone to premature battery failure. Model years include 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Allegedly, the batteries in these vehicles are not only undersized, but may also have a defect resulting in a constant electrical drain on the battery after the vehicle is turned off. As a result, these batteries suffer premature failure and require early replacement. Customers, as a result, are often forced to pay out of pocket for battery replacements even when the vehicles are still under warranty.

If you are an owner of one of the Subaru vehicles listed above and believe your battery is prematurely suffering or have had to get a battery replacement, fill out the form below to participate in Shub & Johns’s investigation.
