Shub & Johns Partners receive Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Rating
Shub & Johns proudly announces that two of its partners were selected for Thomson Reuters’ 2024 “Super Lawyers” List, with another Partner being selected for the 2024 “Rising Stars” list. Each year, only 5% of attorneys are selected for each list. Selections are made on peer influence and Super Lawyers’ patented, research-driven selection process. Super Lawyers awards attorneys with a Top Rating based on professional accomplishments, peer nominations, and other cogent factors.

Jonathan Shub – Jonathan Shub co-founded Shub & Johns LLC and has spearheaded the consumer litigation division with Shub & Johns, representing consumers nationwide. Mr. Shub often speaks about the class action and mass tort litigation process. Jonathan Shub has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 12 consecutive years, being chosen from 2005 – 2009, and 2012 – 2024.
Benjamin F. Johns – alongside Jonathan Shub, Benjamin F. Johns co-founded Shub & Johns LLC in November of 2022. Since that time, Mr. Johns has been appointed lead or co-lead counsel in over a dozen class action lawsuits across the country. Mr. Johns was previously recognized as a Rising Star between 2010 – 2020 and, later, was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for between 2022 – 2024.
Samantha E. Holbrook – Samantha Holbrook is Shub & Johns LLC’s last and latest partner, joining the firm in January 2023. Mrs. Holbrook has proven to be a force both in and out of the office, appointed as interim co-lead counsel and placed on Plaintiff Steering Committees throughout various litigations, as well as participating in charity events within her community. Samantha Holbrook earned her law degree in 2005 and in 5 short years was selected as a Rising Star. Mrs. Holbrook has been a Rising Star from 2019 – 2024.
