SHUB LAW FIRM HIGHLIGHTED FOR REPRESENTING PLAINTIFF AGAINST CBD COMPANY, INFINITE PRODUCT CO.

Shub Law Firm was recently highlighted for their work in the Dasilva v. Infinite Product Co.’s CBD California suit. Shub Law, along with co-counsel, filed a suit alleging that Infinite Product Co.’s CBD products were not only mislabeled but also violated the California Sherman’s Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law; regulating the packaging, labeling, and advertising of drugs and devices.

Jon Shub explained, “We look forward to proving the allegations in the complaint that (the) defendant has engaged in unlawful conduct both in the sale and branding of its CBD products.”
