Keystone Health Data Breach

Keystone Rural Health Center, a Pennsylvania-based healthcare provider doing business as Keystone Health, experienced a cyber security incident between July 28 and August 19, 2022. The incident resulted in sensitive and confidential information such as names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, clinical information, and other personal identifiers being exposed by an unauthorized agent. The data breach affected approximately 235,237 individuals, potentially putting them at risk of fraud or suspicious activity.
