Volvo Hybrid Models Suffer from Defective Heating Components - Shub & Johns Investigates

Woman, wearing a puffer jacket and a scary, drives her cold volvo.

Shub & Johns launches investigation into potentially defective heating components within certain Volvo hybrid models. A growing number of Volvo drivers are complaining about the heat not working in their vehicles. Consumers should not be concerned whether their heater will work today or not!

Volvo drivers have left complaints on online vehicle forums, showing disdain and concerns about the heating component of their hybrid Volvo not working, namely in electric mode. Potentially affected Volvo hybrid models include:

  • XC60
  • XC90
  • S60
  • S90
  • V60

Some of these complaints indicate that the problem is found with the high voltage coolant heater producing cold air when attempting to heat or not working entirely! Some drivers speculate that Volvo knows about this issue but has not taken sufficient measures to fix the problem.

If you own or lease a Volvo XC60, XC90, S60, S90, V60, or any other Volvo hybrid model that has experienced issues with the heating component, particularly in electric mode, let us know! Complete the form to tell Shub & Johns your side of the story!
