Around November 19, 2022, the company left private client information vulnerable to outside agents resulting in an unknown actor being able to access their customers’ employees’ information.
One Brooklyn Health is a healthcare company based in Brooklyn, NY that operates 3 major hospitals and several nursing homes and health clinic. Information such as Demographic information to identify and contact the patient, such as full name, date of birth, and address; Social Security numbers; drivers license and state identification numbers financial account information, medical treatment information and potentially much more has been exposed.
