Allegations against Indiana University Doctor

Dr. Brad Bomba, Sr. served as Indiana University’s contracted athletic physician for multiple teams with the university’s athletic department, namely the men’s basketball program through the late 1990s. Former students have come forward alleging that their former athletic physician, Dr. Bomba, Sr., engaged in inappropriate sexual behaviors and sexual misconduct with the basketball student-athletes.

Reportedly, Dr. Bomba Sr. conducted “inappropriate prostate and rectal exams” on at least one victim who came forward with sexual misconduct allegations and claims that this was a standard practice for all basketball student-athletes who were under Dr. Bomba, Sr.’s care for physical examinations.
