A data breach with Victory Disability (CatWig, LLC) has impacted individuals’ personal identifiable information, potentially putting these individuals at risk of fraud and suspicious activity. Full names, social security, and other sensitive information may have been impacted by the breach.

Shub Johns & Holbrook LLP is currently investigating Catwig, LLC (a law firm doing business as Victory Disability) for an apparent failure to safeguard sensitive consumer information in a data breach that was detected in or around November 2025. Victory Disability, a Pennsylvania-based law firm offering legal services and assistance to veterans, discovered that an unauthorized actor gained access to client data within Victory Disability’s systems. Through further investigation, it was determined that the breach took place between October 27 and November 12, 2025.
Notices were sent out to impacted consumers on December 12, 2025. It is unclear how many individuals have been impacted by the breach. Consumer information exposed in the breach may vary but can include:
The cybercriminals responsible for the breach may have already obtained and sold the compromised consumer information. In previous data breaches, victims of data theft have noticed identity theft attempts ranging from fraudulent charges on bank accounts or credit cards, medical and/or government services ordered in their name, or their information being posted on the dark web.
