We want to hear from Apple customers frustrated by issues with their Apple IDs/Accounts! Apple may be terminating Apple IDs/Accounts from valued customers with years of purchased items like iTunes music or movies, purchased Apps from the App Store, and even your precious photos.

We want to know if Apple has:

• Terminated your Apple ID/Account.
• Taken or kept money that was in your account balance at the time of termination (including funds from gift cards, subscriptions, or other balances)
• Removed access to your property, like music, movies, photos or other media stored in the iCloud or local devices.
