On January 30, 2025, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania issued an opinion appointing Benjamin F. Johns – along with Co-Counsel – Interim co-Lead Counsel in a consolidated class action lawsuit against Geisinger Health and Nuance Communications after a data breach allegedly exposed individuals’ personal identification and private health information. The case is captioned In re: Geisinger Health Data Security Incident Litigation, No. 4:24-cv-1071 (M.D. Pa.).
