2025 Cadillac Escalade vehicles may suffer from a potential defect with the infotainment screen. Some owners have reported glitches that affect the entire screen, not only making the radio, gps, air conditioning controls, and other vehicle features inoperable, the alleged glitch can also block the drivers’ information dashboard and preventing the driver from being able to determine their speed, address any vehicle warnings, and fuel gauge.

This issue proves to be burdensome for consumers who want to use their screen for music, or even for air conditioning. Consumers may also have to pay out of pocket expenses to repair or replace the screen – funds they did not intend to use  on a vehicle defect.
