Deceptive and Misleading Email Subject Line – Class Action Investigation

Consumers clicking through their email may come across a deceptive method of advertising products and services through emails. Attention-grabbing terms like “Last Chance” or “Today Only” take over the subject line and may make consumers interested or anxious about a deal they could miss out on.
