Delco Fuel Leak Threatens Surrounding Soil and Groundwater

Monroe Energy’s MIPC, LLC, reported to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) on December 17, 2025, that a leak may have caused up to 378,000 gallons of gas to spill from one of its tanks. The PA DEP subsequently ordered that MIPC provide bottled water to nearby residents with private drinking water wells, among other remedial measures.
