AMN Healthcare Translation Services – Sessions may be Recorded or Monitored Without Your Knowledge and Consent  

Shub Johns & Holbrook and Beligan Law Group are investigating a potential violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act (“CIPA”) following concerns that AMN Healthcare, a company that provides translation services between patients and medical facilities and healthcare professionals, has been recording or monitoring confidential patient communications without consent.

AMN is accused of eavesdropping, monitoring, and/or recording highly personal communications between patients and their providers without the explicit or implied consent from patients, in violation of the CIPA.
