Bucks County, a privacy class action in the E.D. Pa. brought under the Criminal History Record Information Act which resulted in a $68 million jury verdict. SJH partner Ben Johns has been appointed to serve as lead counsel in numerous class action data breaches in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, including matters involving Wawa, Rite Aid, the Philadelphia Inquirer, Fresenius, Connexin, and NCB. He has argued in both the Third Circuit and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Additionally, all of the firm’s partners are admitted to practice in New Jersey state and federal courts.
