Shub Law is investigating reports that First Data is continuing to charge former customers for their point-of-sale credit card machines AFTER they returned them to First Data. 

If you have leased or upgraded a point-of-sale credit card machine through First Data and/or Bank of America Merchant Services, and subsequently returned the machine per the lease agreement, you may have been charged monthly for both machines and may continue to be charged for that machine.
