All-Clad has been making cookware products for over 40 years. Because of its reputation, customers expected All-Clad’s products to live up to its label advertisements.
However, it has been reported that several All-Clad cookware products are defective. During the dishwashing process, a second layer of aluminum deteriorates away from the top layer, becoming too sharp to use. Customers have reported cutting their fingers while using their All-Clad dishware. All-Clad advertises that their products are dishwasher safe, but it has been alleged that those claims are not true.
To make matters worse, All-Clad has failed to recall or remedy the allegedly defective cookware products.
