HP officeJet Pro Printers Defect

Following a firmware update in early May, reports of certain HP OfficeJet Printers experiencing a blue screen error on the touchscreen renders the printers unusable.

The models affected by this potential defect are: OfficeJet 902x models which include Pro 9022e, Pro 9025e, Pro 9020e All-in-One and Pro 9025e All-in-One variants.
