ARC Automative Inc. is a global manufacturer that produces a full complement of inflators for automotive airbag applications. Internal testing revealing critical problems with the company’s hybrid airbag inflators which has allegedly been ignored by ARC. ARC continued to manufacture its hybrid airbag inflators without taking corrective action. 

Consumers who own or lease certain Audi, BMW, FCA, FORD, GM, Hyundai, Kia, Porsche and Volkswagen vehicles may be driving with a defective and dangerous airbag system. Those defective hybrid airbag inflators remain installed in millions of vehicles throughout the country, leaving both drivers and passengers at risk.
