Connexin Software Data Breach
Connexin Software, Inc. d/b/a Office Practicum, a Pennsylvania- based electronic medical records vendor, experienced a cyber security incident that compromised Connexin’s network in or around August 2022. The incident potentially impacted sensitive information including patient demographic information such as names, dates of birth, and contact information, health insurance information, Social Security numbers, medical and treatment information, and billing and claims information.
