In early December 2022, Sequoia Benefits and Insurance Services, LLC discovered that a cybersecurity breach left their servers susceptible to attack. Between September 22 and October 6, 2022, the company left private client information vulnerable to outside agents resulting in an unknown actor being able to access their customers’ employees’ information.
Sequoia provides benefits, compensation, and insurance programs to businesses all over the US but the data breach has made the employees of these businesses vulnerable to fraud. Information such as social security, driver’s license numbers, wage information, COVID-19 information, and much more has been exposed.
If you received a letter from Sequoia indicating that your information was involved in a data breach, fill out the form below to participate in Shub Law’s investigation.
