Jeep Cherokee Brake Issues

Customers are reporting their Jeep Cherokees are randomly braking without warning, including “while driving on a four-lane highway at 65 mph.” This defect is believed to be caused by water leaking into the vehicle and activating the Electronic Parking Brake. Attorneys believe that Fiat Chrysler knew or should have known about this defect and are investigating if they can take legal action to reimburse customers and change dangerous manufacturing practices.
