Due to Whirlpool’s faulty manufacturing process, the dishwasher’s seal degrades at an accelerated rate as it is unintentionally exposed to hot, soapy water. As a dishwasher’s seal begins to degrade, it starts to leak water, which can cause serious damage to consumers’ cabinetry, flooring, and other property.
Despite how long this defect has persisted and how many customers have complained, the company has done nothing to compensate its customers, issue a recall, extend the warranty, or change this major flaw in their dishwashers’ design.
